CSG genuinely understands the challenges facing government agencies today. Increased pressure for technology enabled citizen centric government, eGovernment, interagency collaboration and the challenges of gaining maximum value from technology investments are all areas in which CSG has direct public sector experience. In addition, given our active involvement in the public sector we are familiar with the Australian Government Architecture and as such design our strategies and technical solutions with this in mind.
Our public sector engagements are diverse and span all levels of government, including many affiliated non-government agencies.
We have a broad footprint in state and local government, having worked on projects covering organisational design and functional review, strategic review and benchmarking, change management, information management, case management, workflow, stakeholder engagement, information strategy and architecture, web development and systems integration. We have a particularly strong practice in information management with an emphasis on knowledge management, collaboration, intranet, website and portal projects.
Interagency collaboration Our federal government experience has been targeted towards large scale application development and systems integration projects, case management and mobility solutions which have been delivered under tight deadlines and in highly complex and challenging operating environments.
In addition, we have also developed a significant capability in interagency collaboration and case management platforms, having developed systems that aggregate highly secure information from diverse systems in real time, for the purpose of performing multi-agency background checking services (see the AusCheck and Working With Children Check success stories).
