Stephen Birrell, Group General Manager

Gary Wright, Consulting Manager – Business Consulting 
Gary is an experienced consulting professional with over 10 years experience in project management, business analysis and change management practice. His highly developed analytical, conceptual, problem solving and writing skills and his ability to think laterally with strong influencing and communication skills have ensured his success in these disciplines.
Gary is formally trained in working to PRINCE2 Project Management methodologies and uses his practical skills in the delivery of project outcomes, team leadership, stakeholder management, progress reporting and issue and risk management to ensure the success of his projects.

Conrad Gagner, Consulting Manager – Projects
Conrad has over 18 years experience as a Project Manager, Business Consultant and IT Consultant specialising in the development and implementation of business process improvement, enterprise management and enterprise architecture opportunities. He has worked with a number of large consulting firms specialising in business and systems consulting prior to moving to Perth. He has an extensive CV with multinational experience and prides himself on his ability to create high level business improvement to increase the profitability of businesses.

Sharon Brown, Director of Sales
Sharon joined Change Corporation in 2008 as Director Business Development. She has over 30 years experience in the ICT industry and is responsible for the strategic business development and growth of Change Corporation across all sectors. Prior to joining Change Corporation, Sharon held the position of Strategic Business Manager at Alpha West Services and was also WA Branch Manager of Scitec. Sharon is extensively involved in the ICT industry and is a sitting member of many industry committees and advisory boards including the WA branch of the Australian Information Industry Association and the Technology Information Advisory Council. She currently sits on the board of the Rottnest Island Authority, is a Director of the Insurance Commission Board and is a member of the National Committee for Corporate Research Centres. In addition to this she is Chair of SevenOaks School. Sharon is also a member of many professional organisations including the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Australian Institute of Management, Australian Computer Society and the Chamber of Commerce. In 1999 Sharon was named Telstra Business Woman of the Year.
